Terms and Conditions
1. User is entitled to 20% off orders over $50.00 and 40% off orders over $100.00. Coupon cannot be applied toward Gift Certificates or Cards.
2. Coupon valid for multiple uses until expiration.
3. This offer will expire on November 6th at 12 noon PST.
4. Enter coupon code HOLSAVE40 at purchase and the savings will be applied in the shopping cart.
5. Only one valid promotional code may be used per order. Coupons and offers may not be combined with other offers in the same order and may not be used in conjunction with any other discount, coupon, or promotion in the same order unless otherwise specified in the terms and conditions of a particular offer.
6. Promotional codes cannot be applied to orders previously submitted.
7. Offers must be redeemed online at the MyPublisher.com shopping cart and must be applied towards the purchase of MyPublisher products or services only, as specified in the offer.
8. Promotional offers are valid for merchandise only and cannot be used to pay for, nor shall be applied to, applicable taxes or shipping and handling charges.
9. Each offer is valid for a limited time only and expires on the date specified in the offer.
10. Offers have no cash value, are not for resale and are not redeemable for cash.
11. No offer substitutions or transfer rights are allowed.
12. Returned items will only be credited or refunded for the item cost. Promotional offer discounts are not eligible for credit or a refund.
13. MyPublisher reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at its sole discretion and we reserve the right to discontinue promotions and discounts at any time.
14. Not all offers or products are available on all platforms.
15. You acknowledge that MyPublisher is not responsible for the products and services of any merchant that may have provided you with the promotion being used on our Web site, nor the content, accuracy, compliance with, or any other aspect of the offer, promotional materials, Web site content or any communications from such merchant.
16. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law.

MYPUBLISHER MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO ANY PROMOTIONAL OFFER USED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT A PROMOTIONAL CODE IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, THE USER'S SOLE REMEMDY, AND MYPUBLISHER'S SOLE LIABILITY, SHALL BE REPLACEMENT WITH THE SAME OR SIMILAR OFFER.
